Spaarc
The operating platform for med spas and their clients.
Spaarc is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for med spas: a practice portal for staff, a customer portal for clients, a mobile app, and a platform admin surface, all backed by a shared API. I work on this alongside a small team, primarily on the practice- and platform-facing product surface.
The scope spans scheduling and booking, Stripe-backed billing and subscriptions, a unified staff/client messaging inbox, and clinical charting with intake forms and e-signed consents — the kind of end-to-end product work where the interesting problems are as much about tenancy, permissions, and workflow as they are about UI.
Built staff calendar and availability/time-off management, a public month-grid booking picker, an embeddable booking widget, and front-desk check-in/out.
Built the Stripe-backed billing engine — self-serve checkout and plan catalog, per-location pricing, usage-based overage sync, Stripe Tax, and Connect onboarding for practices.
Shipped a unified practice↔client inbox with SLA tracking, tags, auto-forward rules, read receipts, and push/email notifications across web, mobile, and the customer portal.
Rebuilt the client chart into a multi-column workspace, added custom intake form templates, and wired inline signature capture for consents.
Built tenant management, audit logging, feature flags, cross-tenant search, and a system health dashboard for the platform admin surface.
